The photo I chose is “Alchemy” by Mamta B. Herland. Herland is a Norwegian artist of Indian decent.

Herland created this visual master piece by taking photographs of landscapes and objects and scanning them into the computer.  She digitally manipulate them by using montage, multiple exposure and layers. I love this picture. It shows a feeling of being under water while fling in the sky.  The layes she put into this picture is amazing. The light and the shadow contrast is something I have never seen before. This will defiantly be among my favorites.
