This week I chose to feature the artwork of Carol Cooper. Why? You may ask, well there are a few reasons, the first being that she is "self-taught" and the second is that she calls her works "paintographs."

The reason that I like this particular painting however is becasuse it kind of reminds me of this weeks lesson as well as it also remind me of Gotham, Yep, for some reason when I look at this I feel like Batman looking out on the night sky of that dark city.
